(this thread is for Olivette Pryor )
"I'd like to start this afternoon with a roasted duck, there is a stahl on the corner of Crosex and Middleburrow lane," the strong confident voice of Ewan Crowe didn't have to carry through the Crimson Rose to garner respect or address his presence, "The best with sides of those red skinned potatoes, get two orders of that and send for the houses best wine," his appearance often drew the attention of others, his size or perhaps lack thereof, but Ewan was a mildly important figure head of Almeran...Advisor of Finance AND second richest man of the kingdom.
The young boy he was speaking with was his runner, he had three and each of them with their own tasks. This one just happened to be his food fetcher, soft boy and a little doughy but he never failed to deliver on food especially if it warranted the free sighting of a tit's.
Madame Pryor and Ewan went way back, she got where she was with Ewan's help and she'd truthfully paid it back trifold but to the day Olivette was a dear dear close friend. The boy upon Ewans request bowed and started out before stopping, "Mi'lord, want me to tell them...ya know...the drinks...when youse in 'ere...," for a second even Ewan was confused then it hit him, "Yes, good memory Isaac," the boy satisfied turned and faded into memory for now. The boy had simply reminded Ewan of his rule; When a Patron of the Crimson Rose - always buy that nights drinks. It ensured revenue and protected the girls against more...unsavory buyers with ill intentions.
Until then, Ewan mad himself comfortable hoping Olivette had heard him.

“Anna, it’s your call. If you want to engage both clients for the evening, I’ll leave it to you. But be sure they don’t try to stiff you on proper payment.” Olivette rose from behind her desk, giving Anna’s shoulder and affectionate squeeze as she nodded. “You know I would never allow something you weren’t comfortable with.” Anna gave a soft smile as she nodded, taking much relief in knowing she had the support of her Madam, regardless of her decision. “Might I take the afternoon to think on it?” Blue eyes softened as Olivette opened the door to her office with a smile. “Of course, if you can’t find me, you can get with Leo; he’ll take care of it.” With that settled, Olivette watched as Anna sauntered down the hall and she leaned in her doorframe.
It wasn’t the regular bustle and excitement of the brothel that had her attention though. A soft smile pulled across her lips at the sight of Ewan Crowe. Though she was also suddenly a touch concerned with how she looked, glancing at one of the mirrors in her office, smoothing the front of her dark blue dress as she shut the door to her office and locked it, slipping the key into a pocket on the dress as she walked down the stairs and made her way to where Ewan was making himself comfortable.
“I thought I heard your voice.” Olivette said with a charming smile on her lips, blue eyes never having that look of ‘forced’ excitement when he was there. She had known him for eighteen years now, and wouldn’t have be able to make her dream of the Crimson Rose a reality without his investments and help. Where most people stared or avoided his direction out of fear of insulting the man; Olivette had always found him to be charming and very handsome. “And just how is Lord Crowe this fine afternoon?” Mindful of using proper titles when in a more public setting. While the pair had quite the extensive history, she liked to maintain the illusion of him simply being just another client. But they both knew he was much more than that.
