THE BLEST
Almera was the first Blest, or at least the first known Blest. Over the course of time, more Blest came forward with their abilities.
The Blest possess magical abilities which sets them apart from regular human beings. They possess one blessing, which can manifest in different ways. They have always been seen as useful individuals, because a lot of the time, they use their blessing for the greater good. Blest would aid in fertilizing crops, raising animals, or building structures.
Examples of this blessing can be plant generation, animal speaking, weather control, matter manipulation, telekinesis, emotion manipulation, memory absorption, etc.
These blessings can be utilized for either good or harmful intentions. In general, Almeran tends to be more benevolent, but there are exceptions to the ‘rule’.
The blessing starts to manifest around ten years old. Before then, it is difficult to tell whether a child is Blest or not. At first, their blessing is difficult to control, and they will require guidance to be able to control it. When they first start showing signs of a blessing, they are sent to Guidance School.
Blessings are unique. If a character already has a certain blessing, yours can't have the same. You can find the blessings on the site in the census.
