Standing at 5'6, Finnegan is the shortest of the siblings. He has soft, wavy brown hair that he carefully styles each day. He takes great care in his appearance due to his short stature. This includes wearing heeled boots to appear taller. He has a slender, athletic build thanks to training he undergoes every morning. Finnegan also ensures that he's clean-shaven, a personal preference. He has quite an affinity for jewelry, almost always sporting a matching set of earrings, necklace, bracelets, and rings.
Personality:
Finnegan is someone who tries to enjoy life. Tries is the keyword. He frets and worries over things. Things in his control, things unrelated to him, and things too distant in the future to do anything. Around those he's closest to, he can truly open up. He enjoys light teasing and puns. He also is deeply empathetic and passionate when it comes to topics he's passionate about.
When needed to, he is able to switch on his "regal persona". He can act proper and controlled. Very few in his life have experienced the other side of Finnegan. If one catches him out of that persona, then they are a lucky individual.
Being the third child in a world where the eldest is the only one in consideration for the throne made things pretty easy for Finnegan. Not once has he ever been envious of his sister's position. No. In his eyes, ruling has never been a thing that he dreamed of. Rather, he has found joy in speaking with others, especially those from different backgrounds. Whether scholars from his own region or visitors from other places, he has always found that to be extremely interesting. Still, despite that, he lacks many social skills granted to others of lower classes. He can be rather awkward in more relaxed conversations with strangers as he struggles to find the right wording. As well, he envies his brother for his Blest ability. He wants to be able to enjoy life just as Max does, however, destiny has chosen otherwise.
He dreams of experiencing things in life that will never happen. One aspect that continues to make his life hard is his sexuality. Being homosexual and a prince, he doesn't have many options. It's a hard subject for him and is something he has cried over many times in his private chambers. He would love to experience love with someone properly, but has accepted that such a life will never happen.
Magic: Blest: Dragon-Shifting
Finnegan is capable of shifting into the form of a dragon. This form stands at 6 feet tall at the shoulders. His scales are mostly white with shades of purple and blue along the top, at the tip of the tail, and at his feet and claws. He has rather long, white horns. Finally, his eyes are almost entirely black. In this form, he is able to communicate telepathically by having his voice appear in someone's mind. The other individual does need to speak out loud for him to hear.
Due to being unable to fly frequently for rather obvious reasons, his flying skills are less than desired.

Combat experience:
Thanks to being a prince, he has had easy access to training his entire life. This means that from a young age, he had learned how to use various weapons and to defend himself. It was drilled into his mind from a young age to protect his sister and her future children, so that was a major focus of his training. He knows how to use a sword, dagger, longbow, and crossbow. As well, he is rather adept at climbing. This isn't where his passions lie, but he still trains every morning to ensure he doesn't lose any of his skills.

History:
Finnegan was born as the third and final child of John and Lucia Oldenburg. From a young age, he was raised with the understanding that his sister, Lorelle, was in line for the throne and that it was his duty to protect her, to represent his country, and eventually help form better ties through a future marriage. Thankfully for everyone involved, it seemed Finnegan took a great interest in his studies. He enjoyed learning about other places and their cultures.
A few months into being 10 years old was when his Blest ability appeared. After dealing with the chaos of a telekinetic daughter and shapeshifting son, Finnegan's parents were always keeping a watchful eye to see what ability might manifest. Finnegan's ability first manifested when he got overly angry over a situation, just as any child would have. He was frustrated that he had to undergo training for hours on end. It was then that he shifted for the first time, transforming into a dragon the size of a small pony. Just like Max, it was decided that tutoring Finnegan privately would be the best for the sake of the family. Both to protect their image and for potential use down the line.
From that point on, Finnegan's ability and emotional state were taken extremely seriously. It was discovered rather quickly that Finnegan transformed uncontrollably when he experienced high bouts of anger or fear. Thankfully, after much training, he has almost completely mastered his control over this. It is rare that he is brought to such an emotional state, something he is eternally thankful for.
The death of his father was just as shocking to Finnegan as it was to everyone else. Still, he fully supported his family in the transition.
He continues to try to enjoy life, even though he is ever worried about his future marriage.
